The BTS Meal was a collaboration between McDonald's and the South Korean boy band BTS: Chicken McNuggets, medium fries, a medium Coca-Cola, and two spicy dipping sauces, Sweet Chili and Cajun. Launched on May 26, 2021, it gave fans a small, official way to sit down and eat alongside their favorite band.
The meal rolled out in select countries and eventually reached fifty, but it was always destined to be a limited-time affair. On June 20, 2021, it left menus worldwide, leaving behind a month of purple-tinted fries and two much-mourned sauces.
